Quality Assurance Program
Cost and schedule controls for the overall program began when the contract was awarded to MTT. Should multiple Task Orders be awarded simultaneously, MTT will establish individual task budgets when awarded. All budgets will be entered into MTT’s DCAA-approved accounting system. All charges, including labor and non-labor direct costs, will be tracked under unique charge numbers. Semi-monthly reports for the overall program will be generated. The PM and company management will use these reports to track expenditures and to take corrective action as required. The data accumulated in this process will be used to support any reports required by the Navy. The PM will report program cost and financial management issues through the status reporting process that will be agreed to by the Navy and MTT.
